The Suffolk SS100 was designed to appeal to fastidous owners who were seeking a true production that would be admired in any classic car environment and also deliver real driver satisfaction on the road. The quality of the Suffolk SS100 is is highly respected and at least equal to the original. The recreation not only looks beautiful but it's driving experience is smooth , agile and fun. Faithful to the original SS100, but integrates modern mechanicals, such as powerful servo assisted disc brakes , sharp steering and independent suspension.
This immaculate handbuilt car is a stunning example. Just come on the market, a Suffolk SS100 in nearly brand new condition, finished in smart navy blue with high quality red maroon leather interior and red maroon Wilton carpet.
Jaguar XK 3.8 fitted with twin SU carburettors fully rebuilt by VSE, the renowned engine specialists. 1,600 miles only. Electronic ignition. Donor parts rebuilt before build, including the Jaguar 4 speed synchromesh overdrive gearbox. Bodywork in grp and steel, with the louvred original design alloy bonnet, built on a MIG-welded ladder frame chassis.
New stainless steel twin pipe exhaust, 6 branch cast iron manifold.
Blockley tyres vgc on silver spoked wire wheels. Toolkit.

Suffolk cars For Sale - SUFFOLK C TYPE

A rare change to purchase a stunning example of a Suffolk C type Jaguar, correctly registered with a an age related number plate and holding a recent IVA certificate.
These cars are as visually close as one can practically achieve to the original Jaguar C Types that won the Le Mans in 1951 & 1953. They have been tested, raced, toured and used on track days and they will give performance and handling every bit as good as the original. The drivers comfort has been marginally improved but you wont find a heater or hood.
This C type was built in 2019, fitted with Jaguar XK 3.8L engine, Triple Weber carburettors , and a Jaguar 4 speed with overdrive gearbox. Only 2000 miles. Beautifully finished in silver with high quality blue leather interior and bucket seats; hardura coverings to the transmission tunnel contrast with the bare alloy, black instruments and steering wheel. Blockley tyres on blue knock on wire spoked wheels. Extras include, Le Mans type filler cap, airoscreens with cutaway perspex windscreen, Le Mans style airscoop and fuel tank support.
This car is very smart, meticulously built. Best example we have seen for a while.
